HikingGreat!

Trail is in good condition and well marked I would suggest starting the hike by heading towards Tendele camp and then following the signs to Tiger Falls The path gets very steep before Lookout Rock just after The Cascades The loop route offers great views of The Amphitheater

Such a beautiful hike. It's not difficult with beautiful dams to look forward to.

Beautiful hike to the the Table Mountain dams! Traffic on the road was moderate/high at times, but quieted down the closer we got to Woodhead dam. It starts with quite a steep climb for the the first hour. The dogs loved the hike as well!

Pretty cool hike. Nice views when you get to the highest elevation point and slightly beyond. Take a short detour to the Oppelskop fire lookout, totally worth it. Being moderately fit helps with the incline. Couple of possible water points on the way down (July). Starting the trail with 750ml water seemed perfect. Took a detour along the contour path on the way back which we thought might be better. Was super busy.(Sunday 2nd July 2020- started 8:30am)

Great views of river, mountain and ocean. Excellent birdlife. Some muddy parts next to heights to be careful of after rain.

Jolie randonnée, assez courte mais avec des paysages époustouflants. Nous sommes passé par le côté Tiger Falls en premier, qui je pense, offre une montée plus agréable et moins raide que de commencer par les Cascades.

Great route. We (moderately fit 40+) did it in about 4 hours. Ravine is steep and some bits of the walk are quite technical but also lovely and shaded. Stunning views over Cape Town. We missed a few turns here and there, but there were usually other paths to follow fairly close by. Route isn’t too busy, which was nice.

Not as picturesque as Skeleton gorge. Simple - part of the trail goes along the road. Don’t miss first lake at the top - worth swimming in it to the dam at the opposite side of the reservoir

Very straightforward hike that gets you up Table Mountain simply and efficiently on a clearly marked path. Great views of course to the sea plus really interesting rock formations at the top plus some small water features such as the dams.

Cool hike into part of the Blyde River Canyon. These 3 trails connect to take you through various parts of the canyon to a couple waterfalls, scenic over looks, and great swimming holes. You can hike any portion of the group or do them all consecutively to make a more enjoyable loop

9km one way ocean front walk that includes beach, trail and some rocks. 20 rand conservation fee required to enter Double Mouth Nature Reserve. No public transport options at either end of walk, so this will need to be orga ised first Ensure you time the commencement of the walk from Double Mouth Camp Site to coincide with crossing Double Mouth River entrance at low water. Approx 30 minutes from trail start. Easy walk that could be done by all ages or fitness levels (considering the river crossing) also suitabke for pets. Finish at Haga Haga pub for coffee drinks and/or food.
