Strenuous in parts, with the most beautiful views! Love spending time in this spot! I feel super safe even when hiking on my own!

This trail feels like home to me now. Enough shade and resting spots. I love love love it! lots of water required to keep hydrated.

Great walk with Pruimpie se Gat my Kid's first cave experience. The cable car over the river another highlight on the Route. Great views and great picnic site with very welcome pool at the end of the hike. Extremely accommodating staff. Well done!!!

Very clean. Am happy with it and please if possible put kilos marking on each kilos..

Loved this trail, spectacular views

Great morning or evening hike. Takes a bit longer than expected due to some rocky scrambles, but pretty easy overall. Plenty of seals to be seen during the summer, and maybe some bottlenose dolphins if you're lucky.

Incredible views. Trail is a bit challenging in sections. Views are worth it. We did not do the entire loop but did the trail head to wit sand, cut through to the island and the return. The return is by far the most challenging portion.

Great trail however a bushfire had recently gone through...so no shade. Also 35 degrees made it tough.

Beautiful! Did this trail last November and while it had its tougher parts, the views, beaches and sea lions made it all worth it!

The trail starts about 2 km uphill from the park entrance, at a parking lot / picnic area. Follow the clear sings behind the small gate. Turn right following the sign. After about 2 km hiking you have a fork, giving you the choice to hike the 3 km or the 9 km loop. It’s an fairly easy walk: some uphill, some downhill. The last 3 km on the 9 km loop you follow a infrequently dirt road ending right back at that small gate you started at.
