Beautiful trail with gorgeous views! Easy walking but some crowds.

Easy trail with spectacular gorge and water colors that are sure to impress. Fall foliage was lovey too.

Beautiful!!! Easy trail , fantastic scenery! A must see attraction.

Very beautiful! Easy walk. Some off trail but mostly on a walk way following the river. Can see some fish. Best to go early as it gets super busy. Excellent even on a rainy day.

Easy and beautiful trail. Crowded with a lot of tourists though, so early hours are the best to go. I recommend not going back the same way but takin the trail up to St. Catherine church to enjoy a great view. From there its a 30min walk back to the parking. Enjoy!

There were a lot of people. We took a trail through the forest back. The gorge is beautiful and worth is. When you walk through the village back you can eat for a very small price. 5 euro for daily menu. The ice creams at the end of the gorge were sold out the day we took this trail.

Incredible views and understandably quite many fellow-tourists. I recommend the loop trail as also the “backside” is beautiful and there are very few others. By mistake we left our car in the furthest parking area and the 2km hike from there to the start was somewhat annoying.

Be sure to complete the loop as the views of Castle Bled are worth it.

As others say, get there as soon as the park opens. The boardwalks become crowded begging around 10am and make it difficult for good photos. This is a walking trail, no hiking involved. At times, the boardwalk/trail becomes narrow and difficult for two way traffic.

Go there first thing in the morning and you won’t have a problem with fellow tourists. It’s incredible!

Super beautiful river. Easy walk

very beautiful way along the river between cliffs. to extend the walk take a hike up to homs over the forest.

entering fee of 5€ per person. don't accept cash, nearest cash machine 5min. whilst I understand there is no obligation for them accept card there is no excuse for the rude behaviour of the girl from the tickets office. After claiming "what do you expect this is Slovenia?" "You can say what you want but there is nothing I can do" and after me pointing out the extremely wrong attitude for costumer service employee she said "try have some cash on you next time". completely spoiled our mood, and we ended up not going for the trek as I don't want to contribute to this kind of xenophobic attitude. You might not need me, but I certainly do not need you as well.

the path is a boardwalk along a beautiful river. good for walking, not running. go early, it can get very crowded.

We hiked the gorge and it was packed with others as suggested we did not turn around and walk back. Follow the sign for St. Katarina church and then the trail will continue back to the Vintgar parking area.

Nice walk, however many tourists

It is a nice walk. We went early in the morning and that is absolutely a recommendation because we were there before the touringcars arrived.

Good for any age, easy walking route.

Excellent gorge to walk, not hiking. Personally it is better than Plitvička NP. Very easy for anyone, even young children. Shady and happened to have good weather - at mid 50’sF. It is a must if you are here at Bled Slovenia.
