The views are worth the rocky walk up to the summit. Trail gets off to a very easy start but as soon as you reach the Cairn the hike becomes a little more difficult with the rocky surface that looks to go on forever. However all the trouble of getting over the rocks is quickly forgotten when you get to the summit and have 360 degree views.

This was ok. The falls are less than 1/2 mile from the carpark. Then there is a pleasant walk up a hill thru some dense woods..then, as someone said, it's a curvy road in open countryside.

Highly recommend climb. Ben Vorlich has a clear, easy path to follow. Towards the top can get a little tougher. On to the second summit, stùc A’Chroin, which proved a little more challenging. To the right an easy navigable path but be ready for the challenge, towards the top you need to scramble a little. However, once you’ve reached the summit you’re rewarded with the most amazing views. I came back down Stùc A’Chroin the same way I went up then headed round Ben Vorlich, such a bad idea. Wet and extremely muddy eroded path, boots kept getting stuck and almost fell a dozen times. I did survive unscathed and highly recommend the Munro’s, just not my route.

On return from Stuc a'Chroin it might be advisable to go back over Ben Vorlich, as the lower path is very muddy and eroded.

Beautiful bridge and scenery, I recommend hiking past the waterfall, through the forest and when the trees end, turn around and go back. The other half of the trail is just a curvy road to a farm.

Nice climb. Great views. It’s worth getting to the base early as limited parking at Brae of Foss. Great credit due to John Muir Trust I’m maintaining the path & toilet facilities.
