Great walk. Perfect for dogs. Really easy route. Vertical climb most the way. Carpark in perfect location. Remember to bring £3 for the charge (even on sundays and after 5) great rock shot you can get at the top. Busy busy trail

Very steep but short hike to the top, and beautiful views when you get there. Can get busy so arrive early!

Great hike that starts at Loch Achray parking lot. £3 for all day parking (there are other hikes in the area too) and you have to pay with coins.

Be warned: this is over 1100 ft elevation gain in just a mile. So it is STEEP. Pretty significant grades but the trail is in great condition and easy to follow and summit. We experienced rain and sun during the short hike with wildly changing temperatures as well due to wind.

Took is 31 minutes to summit and we spent 30 minutes at the top, 27 coming down. Lots of people in various fitness levels and small children and dogs.

A short but exhilarating walk up this big hill. Views at the top are stunning and easily the best in the area.

Excellent path. Some steeper sections on the way up, easy walking coming back down. completely clouded over as we approached the top so can't say much on views but still very dramatic and enjoyable!

Short and steep... Fantastic views

I do this walk on a regular basis with my dogs..beautiful no matter what the weather is like

Done this as part of the west highland way. This was by far my favourite part of the whole walk. It’s hard at times but also a lot of fun.

gentle start for the first couple of miles on tarmac and forrestry roads before heading on to the hill itself. A little boggy to start but soon dries out. pretty steep the whole way with several heart breaking false summits to contend with. A couple of tricky rock formations escalate this in my view to a harder than average Munro. A bit blow at the top but the views make it all worthwhile.
ample parking at the bottom along with a wee cafe and a nice pier on the loch.

We had a great morning hike of over 3 hrs going up making the round on top and coning back. Lovely to take a swim afterwards in the lake.
Good views and scenery well marked path easy to follow

First time good views from top

Ben Vorlich by far the easier of the two. Stuc A’Chroin definitely worth the extra effort. Fun scramble at the top.

amazing walk the views are awesome.

Ben Vorlich a relatively straightforward path. Stuc a chroin requires some climbing and the descent is steep no matter joe you do it.
