A nice walk with good views of the lake and an adjacent lake which peaked our interest. A good portion of the trail was along a narrow road but enough space to step off to the side when cars came by. One gate was closed but we were able to step over without too much trouble. A second gate was laying on the ground but again we were able to get over fairly easily.

Great trail for beginners, as the steep start will test the fitness and vertigo.. lots of little points to stop and catch your breath and take in the incredible views. I took my dog and she managed the climb better than me, lots of young families on the trail which was lovely to see. stunning view of the waterfall and this is were the path starts to level out, as you follow the stream to the top and as it breaks into loch Skeen, you are reminded just how stunning Scotland is!

Good walk with amazing views pretty much all the way up. The beginning is the hardest part with all the steps! The peak can be very busy which isn't good for social distancing... but there is another slightly smaller peak off to the right which gives great views too.

Amazing place, avoid going near the edge of the cliffs at the top. If you dont descent on the stairs, then you should prepared with hiking boots. Watch your footing while walking in the water because you may find few holes near the small waterfalls.

Very nice trail. If you wanna make it harder and longer ,you can go up hill away from the trail. So nice views and you gonna find wild blueberrys in summer.

Loved this walk. Beautiful views from the top. Various paths you can take to switch it up. My daughter also loved it. She’s 6 years old and had no struggles. Our two dogs also loved it.

It was nice, but the trail itself is overgrown and not exactly clear. Don’t know if it’s a personal experience, but we weren’t able to find a precise to-and-back path. Beautiful scenery though!

This has to be my favourite bay. not much use for anyone who has difficulty in walking. kids love swimming here too. just be careful of the tides. you dont want to be caught out explore the caves ect and the tide comes in.

gorgeous gardens. although it's a really smelly walk you would extending it by following the wooded area path to hazelhead. that will take you past walker dam.

Trail is like stairs most of the way so great workout. Views at the top were spectacular. Very busy! Get there early for parking. (Police were making sure people wouldn’t park on the road)

A fab walk but challenging in many parts both under foot and fitness. Good for family. Fab views from early in walk but amazing at the top.

A more quiet route compared to the others near by. The path from the car park is boggy, but once you start going up it's good.
