Super randonnée. Ça vaut vraiment le coup de faire l’effort, vue magnifique! Ne pas la faire avec la pluie car terrain glissant et marécageux par endroits.

Great walk, stunning views. The way down however was difficult with the water running down the hill, all was boggy, hard to follow the trail

The start is quite steep from Lendrick Hill, the views are fantastic throughout. It is boggy underfoot, take spare socks & the heather was just about blooming - looked amazing!

This a beautiful hike up through Glen Tilt. Once you get on the hill it’s a little boring as just a road pretty much all the way up but the views are great. Used the map from Walkhighlands rather than this one as it’s a much more interesting path for walking rather than going on the road if you’re on a bike.

Fabulous. Did this with my dog and we both had a great time. The summit does have a lovely view. It’s a great well marked path

Great! Lovely well marked path. Did it with my dog. Some cows on the route that were unhappy to see us. They were a little defensive about their calves but we got past unscathed lol

Great hike and a great one for beginners in my opinion. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying close to Glasgow! The top was beautiful with great views to look out over.

The views are beautiful and definitely worth the climb. car parking quite difficult in the ben A'an car park. although after some patience i got parked. The steep climb at start might put some people off. my advice get by that part it evens out parts of the trail and its an adventurous climb with rewarding panoramic views i completed this with my Pal and 8 month old dogg gypsy.

HikingGreat!Muddy

Did this route in 'reverse' order not climbing steps initially but following the lake first. This is definatelly challenging hike (even for fit person) and you really need some proper shoes to tackle mud. Views are amazing on top and well worth hard work going up and more attractive than just going up and down the most popular route. Climbed with a three year old but it may not be for everyone as younger one will definatelly require some help.

Ran as part of a big WHW trip. Straightforward running until Bridge of Orchy, and then gets a bit rugged and hard to keep a decent running pace. Superb views.

Really enjoyed this stretch of the WHW. Narrow paths with tree roots and boulders, keeps it interesting. Views are amazing with a few picturesque waterfalls as well

Steep route up but amazing views. I wouldn't reccommend this route up for a beginner! Stick to the other popular way up.

Ran this as part of a big WHW trip. Path is pretty straightforward here, so good running for the most part. Views are great.

Ran this as part of a big WHW trip. First 4 miles or so are quite tricky; lots of rocks, roots and collapsed trees, so hard to get in a rhythm. Lochside views are great. Fells quite wild.

Top tip - don’t start the walk at the back of the car park go the other way around past the loch and the wharf. You’ll miss all the steps going up and it’s much nicer going up through the forest. No social distancing.

Beautiful scenic walk, climbed the waterfall scrambled the rocks. Easier walk available but we love a challenge. Family friendly and fun. Top day out
