Stunning views of forest waterfalls, sweeping landscapes and a mountain lake. Especially pretty in the fall. Bring change for parking as the tea shop was closed when we were there in the middle of the weekday.

Hiked this route at the end of August with my 10-yr old son. Trail was steady in climb but not too difficult. 2hr 45min up and 2hr 15min down again. Only met a handful of other walkers, while many other popular routes in Snowdonia where very busy. Would highly recommend as an alternative to hiking Snowdon. Great views on-route and at Summits.

Great landscapes with a beautiful glacial lake around which we turn. We are not alone on the way but the British walkers are always so discreet and friendly. Having chosen to turn in the direction of clockwise, the descent is indeed long and strongly solicits the joints.

Tough climbing, just under 2 hours up, just over 1 hour down (and I'm not fit). Amazing views of the mountain range and coast.

A good day out but definitely not moderate, one of the hardest routes I've done. Views ok but not the best. About seven hours from start to finish. Not very busy for Sunday. Would I do it again? Yes but would allow more time as it's long.

Great walk, on a bank holiday Friday it was pretty quiet (which is rare) 3 ridges with amazing views. Can’t fault it. Plus it starts and ends in a town so many pubs lol

pretty steady... very steep at the beginning but balances out... not great signal for accurate recordings

Fantastic walk. Very accessible with views to reward your effort. Weather permitting its hand down the best view of Snowdon you’ll get.
