Amnicon Falls State Park features a series of delightful waterfalls and rapids along the Amnicon River. You can view them from a covered foot bridge or trails along the river, orif you're sure-footedfrom the rocky shore of the river.

Very beautiful and peaceful

Love it here. Easy, quiet getaway.

Fun park, nice amenities, people were swimming in the waterfall

Easy little hike for the family! Very pretty and well maintained!

My family and I hiked on the Thimbleberry Trail on a Monday afternoon. My 3 kids are ages 4, 6 and 8. They loved the different bridges and they felt as if they were on a mission to find the different signs. We stopped and threw rocks in old quarry and at the river bottom to play in the sand a bit since water was low. We stopped at the falls earlier which was a bit busier with people but shared this trail with no one. I’d say we were on it for more than an hour by ourselves with our stops. Great fun and we’ll try to return. PS, there is a rope tied to a tree in the old quarry, I bet it’s a blast but we didn’t have swimming suits along.

This place is beautiful and is an absolute must for anybody who loves great scenery and hiking in Wisconsin! My favorite part is one of the waterfalls that you can go behind and also another waterfall that you can swim under. I had a group of five and we all had a blast! We drove five hours to get there but it was more than worth it. This was by far one of the most exciting Wisconsin hiking trips yet! I can't wait to go back in a couple months and explore even more of it!!!

Amazing waterfalls just like you find further up along MN's North Shore! Never suspected to see such beautiful falls in northern WI. Easy hike but stunning. I'd love to spend an entire day here lounging by the falls; but the entire loop can be seen in about an hour. I'll be coming back!

Beautiful anytime of the year. I visit this park at least 20 times a year. Lower falls under the covered bridge is a great photo op. Snake pit falls is a winding falls.

Stopped by after a trip to Duluth. The falls were fantastic. Every hundred feet you walk you get to see another waterfall.
