Photos of Cranberry Wilderness Camping Trails

Completed this hike (3 days, 2 nights) over Labor Day Weekend. We had perfect weather for the first 12 mile day where we crossed the Cranberry River (We averaged 2.8MPH once we reached the top of Kennison Mnt). The river was 8-10 wide and ankle deep. Around 6 that evening we had severe T-Storms and the river grew to over 50' wide and about a foot from cresting the river bank where we were camped. The next day we hiked about 3 miles towards the first shelter on Public Road 102, the only camp sites after this shelter are at the gate before the bog. We walked out to the bog and back adding another 8 miles, and then we had a nice climb on the way out the 3rd day.
