6/4/2020 - There are a lot of shades but the trail is still bright and dry. The trail wasn’t too crowded. We saw around 10 people round trip, so social distancing is possible. The peak is surrounded by trees so there’s nothing much to see. We accidentally went down on the cable trail. It’s steep, and there are lots of loose gravels. When you head down, make sure you go on the right route. Try to avoid the restroom at the trailhead if you can. It’s quite disgusting.

First of all, I’d like to note that once again AllTrails had the incorrect mileage. My phone recorded 9.1 miles and my feet definitely felt that it was more than 7.2. Starts out deceptively easy on a flat, wide trail. Then it quickly steepens and continues to be a calf-burning workout until very close to the top, where you actually go downhill for a bit. Started at 7 am and took me somewhere around 4 and a half hours to complete total 9.1 miles. Saw only about 10 or 15 people throughout—definitely less crowded than Chirico. Bring a jacket (or two!) and maybe gloves for the top—especially if you plan on hanging out there for a bit. Today it was absolutely fogged in (just like a couple weeks ago), misty, windy, and cold. Overall, good workout, not too crowded, and (on a nice day) beautiful view!

Went counter clockwise and in the incline is intense. Not much of a view at the top but there were a few paragliders and cute birds. I started the cable line trail on the way back but switched over to West Tiger 3 trail because it was steep with rolling rocks. Most of the loop trail is unmaintained.

Nice hike after parking at Issaquah high school. Steep towards the second half for a mile. Muddy on few spots

Beautiful loop which took us 4.6 mi, a little more than the 3.4 mi shown - I'm sure we walked the right trail. The hike is gorgeous with many little streams to cross. A little muddy due to the recent rain but with normal hiking shoes not a problem. The last piece underneath he powerline is a bit boring and the spot our 3 and 6 year old decided its been enough. Definitely recommend doing this hike but keep the extra distance into account.

Last mile gets your legs burning. It was a good trail, nothing above average the entire trail- until you get to the top! Pretty neat to eat your lunch while watching people jump off the side paragliding. I spent over an hour watching them!

It was a good hike, steeper than expected. Trails were narrow and rocky and it needs good hiking shoes. It is with full of greens and I loved it. View point on the peak was nice.

Great trail. So lush and beautiful! Spotted umbrella fern at lower elevations, and when we finally reached the top it was a gorgeous foggy day.

Muddy patches still there from spring rain, boots with good ankle support and sticks recommended!

Beautiful forest trail, definitely gets much steeper the last mile. There are a couple pretty spots with pools and one waterfall. Great view at the top!

A nice challenging trail. Has all the goodies - forest, bridge and nice viewpoint. Wore my lab out. Most everyone did social distancing - some people wore masks and some didn’t. Trail is muddy but starting to dry out.

This has become my "go to" hike when I don't have a ton of time to plan or explore. A little of everything, water fall, challenge, pretty woods and of course the views at the end.

First time on this trail and loved it. Because of the rain the path was muddy in some areas, but the trail was clearly marked and well maintained. Will definitely be back on a sunny day for the view!

The view was well worth the onward hike with decent elevation gain. Return was easy as it was mostly downhill.

Fun little trail connected to a bunch of other trails. Initially, you hear all the traffic off of I 90, but once you get further into the woods, it gets quieter. Lots of trail runners.

Great run today. Clear skis, no snow. Not too many people until you hit Poo Poo Point Trail. Be cautious when get down from West Summit 1 and are traversing to the East Summit. There is a good portion where you need to bushwhack--maybe .4 miles or so. Its been logged and the trail is essentially defunct for this portion. Someone was gracious enough to mark where the trail *was* with some red flags. Not too much of a hassle. Overall, great run.

We made it about half way as new hikers with a dog that was new to hiking as well. It is pretty steep and rocky, I would definitely recommend hiking boots. There were a lot of people on the trail that makes it a little crowded but amazing views, lots of shade. We will be sure to go back

Really good hike. Not too crowded early. Crowed later. Good trail conditions. More people wearing masks in the morning. Most people pulled off to maintain distance.
