Peaceful hike. Nice smelling pine throughout the trail. Even though it was relatively overgrown in some spots, it was still discernible and it was well marked.

Hiked trail last weekend. It was a very hot day but there was enough shade to keep us cooler.. Trail is well maintained. On the way down there is a creek my dog was desperate to lay in. The view from the top is fairly nice, just thought we would see a little more.

Possibly got out on this trail probably 2 weeks earlier than I should have. Much closer to 4.5 miles if you go all the way to the top, but made a nice hour and a half hike.

Lovely stroll through meadows, pine trees, and a creek. The view at the top of trees and mountains was so peaceful as well!

This was a great hike for Mother's Day--relatively easy and a perfect distance for our first hike. :-)

Great easy hike with a beautiful view just over halfway with a shady spot to sit and enjoy and take a break. Did it with two kids, 7 year old walked the whole way with some complaints but mostly because it was hot.
