Though Lakemont Park has less parking, I like to start from there and go clockwise. That way you are going mostly uphill for the first half of the hike, and you get a better workout than going the other way.

Nice trail run. Doesn't feel like a hike so much because it's so close to a residential but I would do again.

Nice evening walk but disappointed by the lack of views. Too many houses in the way!

Very nice trail network, multiple trails, start anywhere and roam around. Will keep you busy anywhere from 1 to 4 hours.
Great views from some places, you also pass by beautiful homes.
Also has a kid friendly and dog friendly park.

1/14/2017 (Saturday) -- A chilly but sunny winter afternoon (39-41F). Four people of us took a loop clockwise from the upper trail of the creek. The trail is in good condition, not muddy nor slippery. The view of the snow-capped Cascade mountains is awesome.

6/19/2016 (Sunday) -- A nice trail system on the eastern side of Lakemont Blvd, Bellevue, linking two parks (Lewis Creek Park, Lakemont Community Park), multiple named trails: Lewis Creek trail, Peggy's Trail, Lakemont trail. One may take a loop of 4.2 miles in about 2 hours with an elevation gain of some 700+ ft. The section above Lewis Creek to Peggy's Trail is quite steep. Very light traffic.
