Description

Located between South Yakima Valley and Simcoe Mountains, Brooks Memorial State Park is surrounded by stunning views of barren hills and pine forests. This park features two different environments making it a magnificent place to see wildlife and flora. Check out the hiking trails that lead visitors along Little Klickitat River or save energy and have a picnic near the playgrounds. As visitors hike and gain elevation, they will be rewarded with views of meadows and Mount Hood. During the summer, this park is open from 6:30 AM to Dusk however it is closed during the winter months (November to March).
