Scenic mountain biking, hiking and motorcycle trail along the old dugway. The trail, hacked out of rock is single-car width and strewn with boulders and rocks. It's easily passable on mountain bikes and on foot. The views are spectacular, with overlooks of Arch Canyon and the valley below the ridge from 1000' feet up.Show more

This is an out an back trail through Arch Canyon. At trail end there are two beautiful arches on the east wall. The trail is passable with any high clearance vehicle. There are many water crossings, and water depth can vary greatly from year to year. The first section through the "swamp" at the beaver pond looks intimidating, but the mud is gritty sand so you don't sink too much. The beavers are working so beware possible deeper water.Show more

This trail can be run during a Jeep Jamboree, but the trail is open to all. It's a perfect challenge for stock Jeep Rubicons, 2 door or 4 door. The trail is retraced for the return. The obstacles are varied and nearly continuous from start to finish. Novice drivers can lock differentials and use a spotter, and experts can increase the challenge by running with open differentials and no spotter. The trail is considered "forgiving" since mistakes are not too dangerous, though the photos of the rollover show what can happen with a wrong line. The crux is the last obstacle, SOB Hill at about 2.4 miles. Going in, you must climb SOB Hill, then descend the back side. Walk it before driving it. DO NOT do the obstacle if you are not absolutely sure you can climb back out. The climb back out is the most difficult on the trail, and there is no bypass.Show more
