This walk is across the bridge adjacent to Glen Canyon Dam. The walk offers a great view of the Glen Canyon Dam and Glen Canyon. Parking and restrooms are available at the Glen Canyon Dam Visitor's Center. Accessibility: There are at least 6 designated accessible spaces in the large paved parking lot off of Highway 89 at the west end of the trail. All of them are van-accessible with striped access aisles. The trail surface is cement bridge (with railings), smooth, and typically at least 3 feet wide. The estimated grade is mostly gentle (5% or less). This trail will likely be navigable for most trail goers using wheelchairs/mobility equipment or strollers.Show more
