We went in April and there was a lot of water, and the waterfalls and pools were really cool. We went back in July and all the water was gone. It was kind of sad because we were hoping to swim in the pools, but nonetheless it's still a fun hike.

Easy enough hike while still feeling like an adventure. The water is nice and it wasn't too crowded in mid May.

Great little hike! Our teenagers loved it! Couldn't get to the end. There was a slick rock we couldn't get up. Made it about 3/4 of the way. Still a lot of fun! Not really any water in the stream in July.

Beautiful- fun hike, but there was no water. :( I guess the July heat dried it up lol.. cuts for the stairs is dangerous with a 4yr old. For adults and teens it's a small thrill however still dangerous when there is no water to break the fall.

A beautiful, kid-friendly hike. We went as far as the pool with the cut in stairs and thought it was perfect. The water is a great way to cool off on a hot day.

This hike was beautiful! We were a little disappointed that the pools were so small, but that's what you get for going in July. Still worth seeing! We plan to go back later in the year when the pools are full.

We did a quick road trip with the family to Utah from California on weekend. After a leaving Zion National Park a little disappointed due to the overcrowded areas we hit Red Cliffs Campground in the Red Cliffs Preserve. The hike on Red Reef Trail was amazing. The views were breathtaking and the trail was easy enough for all the kiddos. And the best part was it was away from the crowds of Zion. What a fabulous walk into some red canyons. The path was easy with just a few scrambles over rocks. Very short hike, but lots of opportunity to wander off the path and explore. Beautiful area. Only saw one person at the very end when I was there.
