Beautiful views and scenery at the top. Lots of areas to explore. Bring water even on this short hike as there is no shade and it was really hot!

Nice trail with great views looking west onto the Great Salt Lake. Not many flies out. No shade, so it can get hot if you do this trail in the summer time.

A little rocky compared to other trails I’ve done but totally recommend this trail for the breathtaking views.

Very nice little hike with lovely views! It definitely gets muddy in the spring, but there is a mix of rocks and dirt, so some parts stay dry. Watch out for bison!!

Easy stroll, no bugs today. Didn't go to the very end as a big bison was close to the trail. Nice views, but got hot.

Some parts were overgrown (tall, itchy grass) so wear pants. We were looking to photograph the bison, which, happened to be a couple of miles from the trailhead. Keep an eye out for lone bison (one came out of nowhere and ran alongside us and stood in our path--we backed away slowly). Otherwise, super easy despite the heat so you might want to start early if you choose this trail. Offers amazing views across the lake, as well as other wildlife and wildflowers throughout.

A little buggy but spray kept them away. The parking lot was crowded on a Sunday, but the trail wasn't too busy. Short and easy on the way up, with great views the whole way.

I've done this hike several times and it's amazing but I went yesterday and me and my guests were attacked by gnats that bite. They were in our hair, ears, and clothing. Somebody on their way down warned us and we thought, 'how bad can gnats be?" There were swarms of them up there. Don't do the trail this time of year.

A very scenic trail with great views of the lake. The trail is easy and can be done by any person, however there were a lot of bugs so bring bug spray.

Not a bad little hike. Didn't take too long to do and offered great views of the area. It's worth doing.

The view is always amazing! This one is a little climb but nothing too extreme and it’s short. Today was really buggy though (May 30th).

We hiked this yesterday, May 25th. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a non-strenuous, longer hike; with families or dogs. We saw a bison, some lizards and an antelope! It has unique scenery and was a more flat terrain with lots of rocks. The path was easy to follow. Now for some cons: mosquitos. I assume they were mosquitos because I have itchy bites all over my legs- they bit me through my leggings. The tiny nats around your face were annoying at times, but bearable without a net hat. There is no shade, so wear sunscreen and a hat. Be prepared with bug spray (all over your body), long sleeves (for the bugs) and a hat/sunglasses/sunscreen. We did smell a fishy smell, but it wasn’t that bad and only smelled it a few times.

Short and easy hike that rewards you with great views 360 degrees. A must do when on Antelope Island.

Went on May 15th. I had planned on hiking Frary Peak, but was informed by the Ranger that the no-see-ums and mosquitos are somewhat unbearable. So opted to drive around and look for a nice spot to watch the sunset and it just so happen that this was the spot! Saw a bison right next to the water and a couple of pronghorns. Heads up: no-see-ums and mosquitos are no joke. If it's windy, you're in luck. Otherwise, I'd opt for a face net and mosquito repellent. Happy exploring! <3

The Bridger Bay (north) side of the trail had flying bugs and bad smells. When we made it around the tip to the west side it had no bugs and no bad smells. It was much better on the west side. Unique scenery. Pretty rocks. Some lizards and snakes. Lots of wind. Cool temperatures May 10th.

Do not hike anywhere near this place right now, the biting gnats were hatched and above average due to the rain, people had full face nets and long sleeves and were still wing bitten. It’s a beautiful place if you just want a drive through!
