always a DFW favorite.

nice close get away

It’s nice and shady but watch out, cyclists usually do not give right of way and some of the people on the trail are questionable.

Fast, smooth, and flat. Trail is clean from waste, shaded, and flows well. Good for all skill levels.

Flat, smooth, and fast! The rail is designed for flow. Appropriate for all mountain bike skill levels, including youth. Other riders in the area are very friendly and social. Trail is appropriate for other activities also.

I’ve been on this trail it is kept nice wildlife is amazing to look at while biking or walking or running whatever the case may be but it is just beautiful.

Went on a hike the trails are not well kept at all. There is a lot of trash and the trails get lost the deeper you go in. If you enjoy bike riding I recommend this one for sure.

decent for dog walking. mostly flat trails, with a couple miles of pavement too for easy walking.

Nice hiking

Long peaceful and wooded.

Paved bike path that mostly runs along the retention pond next to the new(ish) Viridian neighborhood. Unfortunately, because of this, the sights on this hike aren’t extremely varied and are fairly unremarkable. Really starts to feel like you’re on a proper hike about 1.5 miles before the trail terminus. Worth checking out once if you live in the general vicinity of River Legacy Park but I’m sure you’ll see why I won’t be going back any time soon.

I wanted to go to the "Screaming Bridge." After some research I found out that's not even the right bridge and the real one is gone. These are nice trails, but there's lots of bikers.

Huge park and huge loop. Hikers and bikers go head on so they don't run into each other. Great layout with areas for people of all abilities.

Great MTB course. Lots of bypasses to take easier routes or a shorter ride. Marked well with signs but still a little confusing first run through. Good idea to take photo of map or track your route!

Did the 14 mile paved trail by bike. Great shade but lots of traffic. There's one wood bridge that's super slick if wet. Saw 2 kids wipe out on it.

very easy terrain with a nice tree canopy and lots of wildlife. I've seen several bobcats hanging out in the shade.

Great trail for practicing backpacking or testing out your gear. LOTS of MTB(mountain bikes) so be weary and always check around the corners. It is very easy to get lost out in this maze. I recommend dropping waypoints in a GPS.

Great trails for dog walking numerous off road trails just watch for bikes even though some trails r marked for hikers only all in all most enjoyable

Super easy trails, ignore the bobcats after dusk. They don't eat much.

Super easy trails that are paved. Very busy so not a secluded experience. Clean and dog/bike friendly.

Great trails, great scenery and love that you can choose the level of difficulty you want to go thru. I didn't think it was possible but we did get lost for a little while!

Great trail for an afternoon ride. Has a couple play areas. Be careful for hikers.

Good park overall, good for running. But as a scenery type of person who like to take photos, not many.
