I love this trail, but there is a LOT of debris from the recent flooding.

The Anderson Road Fitness Trail is my go-to trail when I want to be close to nature but I don't want to drive too far outside of town. I highly recommend going for a stroll around sundown for the many fabulous lake views. On a quiet day, you may even see deer near the trail. It takes me roughly 30-40 minutes to complete the loop.

Great short paved loop. Lots of lake views. Small parking lot but never full. Dog friendly.

Fun place to take your dog for swimming since there aren’t a lot of places in Nashville - but be careful - my car got broken into. They won’t let you park in the “secured parking” at the recreation center with a pet so you just have to take your chances. It’s a shame because this is a beautiful place.

The area is very clean and the paved path makes for an easy stroll. There are some nice views, but beware of the skunks.

Great trail to take the dogs on. Very close to the house so that is always a plus. And always love having the scene of the lake
