Very nice Hike, the waterfalls were beautiful and rolling really well. the trail was shaded even with the heat it's not that bad.

Great spot! The trail was easy and the swimming area at the end is beautiful. The only problem we had was with the number of people there - you need to come early if you want to have a nice spot. It was also difficult to handle our dog with so many people and their dogs, too.

Kings Creek falls is absolutely amazing. Fairly easy to get to, well maintained trails, except closer to the falls it gets a little tricky. It’s very muddy around the falls, with some slick rocks you’ll have to climb down. The payoff is worth it.

These falls are perfect if you wanted to spend a day with family and friends on a beach next to some beautiful falls. I cooked out on my grill and waded into the cool water a bit. If we didn't have 4 more falls to see, the entire day could've been spent there.

The road down is a bit rough, definitely don’t take more then a backpack. The falls were great and a nice small beach area. Can get a little crowded.

Way too crowded for my taste. We had limited time and this was close, but the sandy beach at the bottom isn’t big enough for too many car loads of people to spread out. Try a spot on the Chattooga if there are multiple cars there.

Quick hike from the parking lot with a beautiful waterfall at the end. Really enjoyed this one after camping along the Chattooga River the night before.

Short easy hike a a nice waterfall with a small swimming hole. Great spot to cool off during the hot summer months.

Nice short little hike with an amazing view of the waterfall. Took my 3yr old with me and he did great. There are a lot of roots along the path, but otherwise a great hike.

Good hike plenty of water on trail.

Good Hike River view some places on river to get water

After getting lost on the windy gravel road, then trying to get to the trailhead on the washed out dirt road, I didn't start the hike too happy....but once on the trail found it to be very beautiful, mostly wooded until you get to the falls. The grade is fairly easy down to the river and falls. The falls are very nice and there is a sandy area where it would be nice to hang out on a hot day and wade in the water.
I do recommend parking your car at the beginning of the dirt road that leads to the trail head. It is about a half mile hike down to the trailhead, but better than taking out the bottom of your car.

on Lick Fork Lake Trail

Park opens May 1.

I would say easy/Moderate trail. Some narrow paths, and a lot of roots. However we took our 2 & 3 year old kids and they walked it there and back no problem. In fact my 2 year old was tugging on me to hurry. It’s definitely worth the hike. Very serine, and the waterfall is absolutely beautiful.

The road getting to the trail was a little rough. You drive over two creeks. The trail is beautiful. The waterfalls are clean and flowing strong.

a little hard to find the trailhead. unless you have a good 4x4 don't try to drive down the dirt road, just walk it to be safe. Really fun waterfall with great swimming hole in the summer! Lots of fun!

Beautiful falls, easy trail, easy to find!

We were in the area and found the trail to the King. It's a 20 min. hike from Burrell's Ford campground. Great hike but after a recent snowfall, the last hundred yards to the falls were icy and quite the challenge. The view at the falls was definitely worth the risk. The water was gushing and the trickle falls to the side were iced over. Spectacular to say the least.

Just an okay hike. Definitely recommend walking in instead of driving, the road was awful and had huge holes/ravines when I went in January. Not that impressive of a waterfall but a nice hike for an afternoon.

Well marked trail and beautiful, did it in the winter after lots of freezing temps and it was beautiful to see the ice

This fall is actually broken up by an upper and lower Licklog Falls. The upper are hard to get a good photo op of as there is no way to get close to them but they are a sight to enjoy. The lower falls are a short ways up but there is a steep trek down to them. I saw a review that stated not for children but we had three 11 year olds and one 8 year old who had no issues.
