Great trail for running, children and mature adults. Flat with lots of educational material and benches.

Good trail for a Sunday afternoon hike with the family.

Very close to Greenville and easily accessible. Good for walking on an easy, mostly flat, well marked network of trails. Several extensive sections of well maintained boardwalk/footbridge. A section of the paved Swamp Rabbit Trail passes though. Views are mostly of swampy wetland and the Reedy River. Inhabited by several bird varieties, beavers and other animals. Many informative placards throughout. Larger parking area to the north and smaller parking area south by the fire station. Easy to get back to your car quickly, so good for an outing with children. We went in late August and had upper-70s and no problem with bugs. Spent about 2 hours and walked a bit over 3 miles, covering the majority of the area.

Nice for a casual stroll. By no means a hike lol.

Good for what it is which is an easy, well marked trail with a river and lake view.

I put a one-star just so I can write a review. This was the worst park ever. No directions, I got lost and had to come back in the way I went.

Took my 3 yo and she loved it! We played at the park for a bit and then walked some of the trails. Not difficult at all, suitable for all ages. Even got to see a Great Blue Heron! Definitely bring bug spray for the summer.

Walked part of this trail today. It was really nice.

I really love this place! So many different trails and they are well maintained with boardwalks. etc. Great place to get your 'walking in'!

very nice walk , though the bugs are pretty bad on some trails. Assuming because its on the lake.

Super chill walk with a lot of wildlife each time I've gone.

Great hike! lots of side trails.

Hiked and it seems paved the whole way. Aside from the beginning the parking is just off to the side of the fire station--you have to enter the fire station to park.

A nice trail with a boardwalk across some wetlands. Starts with a slight descent that will seem steeper on the return trip. Be sure to wear bug spray in the summer as the swampy conditions are perfect for flies and mosquitoes. The trailhead is located next to the Belmont Fire Department.
