Very nice. Maintained very well. Lots of wildlife and birds. Saw a flock of turkeys this morning.

Nice trail overall! I don’t agree with easy rating (especially with our kids in the family) with lots of roots and rocks to be aware of. But beautiful views and a nice afternoon overall!

Wasn’t very scenic. Only ended up being 5 miles round trip. The trail was mostly a service road. Good for exercise but not exciting.

As other people have stated, it's easy to moderate. There are a few inclines that aren't too bad. As you get near the water, the path is completely covered in roots. Hiking boots with ankle support is a terrific recommendation.

Really liked this trail. Lots of shade. Allot of pine trees so you could really see ahead of the trail and off into to woods all while remaining shaded. Id says its easy to moderate. Allot of roots on this trail so be aware and wear good boots with ankle support.

This was a very shaded trail, went along side the lake and had some steep conditions. NOT stroller friendly, 2.25 mile loop my fit bit said but that didn’t include walking to and from the parking area. Would rate as a little more moderate than easy.

We started at our campsite at the other end of the campground. It was a little muddy but pretty well marked.

Nice peaceful walk yesterday with my boyfriend and 3 year old. Parts of the trail was muddy but it was easy to walk around.

While it was muddy from the heavy rains the day before, it was an enjoyable walk on a sunny day in early spring.

HikingIcyMuddyOff trail

Extremely dog friendly. There was some not pet friendly areas but the trail followed almost all pet friendly signs. The beach area was the only not so friendly area. We went geocaching and most of the caches were within 50 ft or so of the trail. Pretty maintained. I think they might be changing the trail near the lake on the far side of the campground but otherwise a solid walk.
