Really just a sidewalk or shoulder along a moderate to high traffic road. Fairly accessible but not at all what I look for in a trail.

It’s a nice trail, saw some wildlife while we were out. Overall it’s a bit busy in the surrounding area but hardly anyone was on the trail. The markers do indeed get a bit confusing to follow. The vistas weren’t as impressive as most people said and there really isn’t too much to see besides woods. Well maintained though, not great, not terrible overall.

good for after work rides, fun at night.

More of an easy/moderate hike. Good scenery and well marked paths

The trail is not difficult to follow if you have a map or use the ap. The trail turns right once you hit the telephone lines. The trail was in good condition with only a few really muddy spots. Not many people on the trail due to the cold weather.

Short hike. Lovely fall leaves all around. As we are new to following trail markers we weren't sure if we were to follow the yellow, green, or U shapes on the trees (we believe it's the U shape). Though it felt a little urban it was quiet and serene, possibly due to the colder temperatures. One or two vistas as well.

This was a great hike around North Park but some of the route was difficult to find. I wish there were clearer markings or signs. If we didn't have the map on our phone we would have been lost.

Difficult to stay on course at times. Most was great hiking. Final mile along the RR tracks was not the best! Would do parts again!

A great trail except for the huge piles of horse Pooh that you need to watch out for..

Lots of fun but poorly marked in a lot of places. Probably added at least another mile doubling back to find the correct path, but overall a great hike!

Nice hard packed path. Well blazed with green blazes. Narrow and a little steep in a few spots. I did this trail in about 35 minutes.

My Apple Watch tracked it at 9.75 miles not 8.5 but it was a good hike. The blue half of the trail is much more difficult than the other half.

It's was fairly decent trail. I am a moderate to intermediate rider. And this trail fits the beginner and intermediate MTB riders it also has tons of bail outs to go to the road which is nice in some cases. I would love to do it again and if I were to say I love the downhills for the trail really fun.

It's a beautiful trail, not the greatest trail markers, we went through a playground and by the pool at one point. We needed the trail mail a lot of the time. There is about a mile and a half on the trail tracks so wear a hat or sunscreen!!

enjoyed this trail. would definitely hike it again. tree cover most of the way.

great flat-ish paved trail. safe, and lots of other people out using it

This was a great trail. There were two trees down on the trail but they were easy to get around. Would definitely do this trail again!

I’m surprised to see this is listed as moderate. I’m a beginner and had no problems with this trail. It does have some hills but nothing major. The only problem was at two different places there were downed trees. One was easy to get around as it was on a flat part. The other was difficult to get around. The tree was too high to go over and too low to go under. I ended up going about 10 feet up the hill using the trees for balance. Luckily the ground was sturdy and I was able to continue. I only wonder how the bike rider that passed me later on the trail made it over/under/around?

Easy loop. Mostly flat. Designated walking and cycling lanes. Heavy traffic on weekends, but light very early in the morning. Nice bar restaurant on the lake as a great option to refuel.

very heavily trafficked. it's all along roadways, so if you have a dog that scares easily, this is not the walk for you...

Great trail! did it in December so maybe some of the marks were off. I started at Juniata rather than off of wildwood because gate was closed. follow yellow then green polka dot, then white stripe, red dot, black triangle, yellow stripe and back. somewhere in the middle is a wicked fun mountain bike course.
Good elevation gain and super workout!

I've completed this trail a few times this year. it's mostly secluded and provides some areas that may be a bit challenging but not that hard. what I like about this trial is the ability to traverse another trail if you like.

Descent trail. keep an eye out for the fountain of youth on the Kummer rd part of the trail. hard to spot from the trail, but easy to see when passing by on the road. a lot of mountain bikers on this trail, so keep alert.
