Falls and pools were nice but it’s November so brown and not so pretty but good exercise

a pretty good hike. Very rocky, and muddy at spots. The trail doesn't line up with the map, but it's close enough and well marked. Sections are pretty tough if you're not in shape. But otherwise, not a bad hike.

Nice little 3 mile hike the first half of the hike has better scenery but the entire hike is nice.

This trail was ok but there wasn’t much to see. It was good to hike somewhere without a million people around but it was also kind of boring. There was a spot on part of the grey trail that was hard to follow as you were walking on the side of a hill and with the leaves on the ground the trail was not very obvious. But there are markers you just need to keep a lookout for them. The top loop would be great for a walk with dogs.

I am quite sad that this trail was poorly marked, didn’t align with the map provided here, and provided no clear detour for the work being done on the green trail! We had a wonderful time with some beautiful waterfall views, rock hopping, and far landscapes of the summer trees. We spent a lot of time trying to get out of the partially blocked off loop, and it took us a bit to realize we had to park at the bottom, then head straight up to enter! We tried using the entrance off of the entry road, but it was very washed out. The flowers there are absolutely beautiful and worth seeing if nothing else! The waterfalls are gorgeous. Just wish they were better marked and managed!

I had good time following yellow and gray trails, had a few off-trail hikes, enjoyed Lehigh river scenery. The trail is well maintained, a bit challenging in the river bank. I’d recommend this trail.

ok but the grass was too high. it would be top notch if maintained. Still consider it a nice place to walk the dog.

We ran this gray outbound and red and green inbound. The best part was the gray part but we think we would run it in the opposite direction next time

Good trails, well marked for the most part. Waterfall is small has a good drop but stream is small, not impressive. View of valley is blocked by trees immediately below rock outcrop. Might be best in fall when leaves are off the trees in the mountains but at peak on the valley or in the winter. First half of green trail is maintained as a side by side trail. Other trails are foot trails. Quiet, not many people.

really well maintained and well marked. the trail has a nice variety of terrain and scenery so it never got boring. we even saw three deer and a snake while out hiking. would definitely explore more of the trails nearby. it gets muddy so wear waterproof shoes.

Not a bad hike, followed the red trail for the whole loop, no views to look at, just a trail through the woods, overall though a decent hike with some moderate elevation gain

Map is showing a combination of the green and yellow trails. Trails are well marked and maintained. Mainly walking on moss and grass with a few rocks. Very soft ground would be a great place for a a trail run. Trails are very quiet, on a nice Saturday in August we were the only ones hiking.

Great spot for hiking!

New favorite spot to hike. Looking forward to going back.

Just so you know, the trail shown here is Purple and only 60% Red. The Red trail doesn’t cross the Shade Creek. Otherwise a great and very calm trail.

This is the red and GREY loop, not red and purple. Went about 2 hours after some rain so the first portion of the red trail was a bit muddy with some standing water. Really quiet and very tranquil. I went with my dog and it made for a great day.

this is not a moderate trail! definitely should be classified as difficult!

was a little wet. but it is a good hike.

Really pretty hike for about 3 out of the 6 miles. Lots of creeks. The other miles are really muddy and wet. Not crowded which was nice. Pulled off 3 ticks on the way home despite using bug spray. Would definitely go back now that we know where the really pretty areas are and avoid the mud.

This was a beautiful hike, full of a wide variety of flora and fauna and plenty of birds and many toads! I would not consider it to be easy. Although I am new to hiking however I have covered several in the area that are rated easy and this was quite a bit more challenging due to terrain and elevation change. Also I came home with a tick despite long pants. Be careful and enjoy!
