Had a great time hiking with our little Pom!

It was ok, I'd definitely call it a mostly easy trail with a couple short steep sections. biggest problem was the stretch right off the memorial, which has lots of criss crossing trails that were confusing enough that I had to check my map a dozen times. Not knowing the names of the component trails was a problem until I got to where I can stay on Wildwood for a long time. Maybe would have been more logical going counter clockwise. At any rate, it's a good hike that feels mostly secluded despite being urban and you can detour to a little viewing area on Wildwood.

Always enjoy this trail. Parking can be tough later in the day. Nice for walking and talking with friends. Beautiful.

Always a great park for a walk or hike. Parking can get scarce on busy warm weekend days.

Beautiful. Peaceful. Easy directions and signs for all trail options throughout. Also extra cool labels on some trees. Excited to come back and try another trail option.

Easy, dog friendly hike

Short easy loop. Beautiful memorial. Connected to nice park and arboretum trails.

Walked the mile loop around to look at the redwood and sequoia trees while I was vacationing in the area. It was so peaceful and the trees are so majestic and beautiful. Very different from the east coast! It was an easy walking trail that takes you through the highlights of the park and should be accessible to people of all abilities.

The short segment that runs along Johnson Creek (2.4-2.5 mile mark on the elevation map) is closed due to a landslide. Detour via Redwood Trail.

So much to do in one place. One of my favorite places Portland

Easy walk and beautiful place

Lots of different trails. Beautiful! We parked at the visitors center (costs money) took Magnolia to the Japanese Garden / Rose Garden, and magnolia --> beech back up.

Walkers are respectful of one another and the surroundings. The area is gorgeous. The ground underfoot is kind. We walk the Arboretum trails every time we visit PDX.
