This is a beautiful day-use park located on the bank of the Rogue River and at the foot of the geologically prominent Table Rocks. You can fish, swim, hike, watch wildlife and experience nature at its finest. An ideal spot for family gatherings or group picnics, the site has a large picnic shelter with cooking utilities. There's a smaller picnic kitchen and three sites with water and electricity. Denman Wildlife Refuge is next to this park and teems with local and migratory wildlife -- a bird viewing paradise. Salmon and steelhead pass through seasonally on treks to and from the ocean. Rainbow trout are stocked by the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife. A boat ramp with toilet facilities provides excellent access to the river.

Took my Grandchildren here yesterday. a good time was had by all!

Nice hike with well maintained trails. Moderate exertion on the way up but not difficult. Plenty of shade except on the top. Gorgeous views of the valley and Mount McLoughlin.

this is probably one of my favorite hikes to do. it's very close to town and the view is pretty decent. it's a nice hike to go on for picnics or enjoying a snack at the top. once you get to the top and walk across the plateau there's plenty of rocks to have yourself a nice relaxing sit alone or with friends. i gave it 4 stars cause no dogs are allowed. a lot of people still bring their dogs but please respect the rules of the trail.

since I live in the Rouge Valley I have the pleasure of hiking upper table rock anytime. The caves are a pretty cool plus :)

I took my 10yr old and 7yr old up this about 2 weeks ago. It was really fun and exciting for them to reach the top. We packed a lunch. There are side trails that lead up and down which were a nice change and not too many hikers use them. There is a ton of poison oak on the main trail and not so much on the side trails. There was water still on the top of the mountain and the kids had fun trying to catch tadpoles. It was a great family hike.
