Straight up and down was defiantly hard! Will get your heart pumping and legs burning. Walk around after was very casual. Beautiful place with amazing views. Exceeded my expectations.

Fun hike with great view. It’s a good brief workout walking uphill on the way back.

We loved this trail! We took the crooked river trail to the misery ridge trail (basically backwards). It was a difficult trail, but the view at the top was incredible! There is not a lot of shade. We began at 8:30 am, and the rock shaded us through the crooked river trail, but when we reached the misery ridge trail it was full-out sun. We were pretty spent by the time we walked back to our car!

Not to hard with beautiful views! If you do this in winter I Really suggest micro spikes or poles! Can get icy and slippery

Not closed. Great hike. Full sun exposure as you wander. I went straight up to get the hard bit over with first. Glad I did. Views of rock climbers along the way were incredible. It’s 4 miles to the parking lot... the complete loop.

Such a cool area! Misery Ridge Trail was open today. It’s an uphill slog, but only for about a mile, though it feels longer because of the heat. We went up misery ridge then down past monkey face and along the river. Lots of climbers everywhere. Highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning views. We went to the left going down the first hill and had to Wade through the water to get across. If you don't want to do that go to the right and there's a bridge..either way the views are amazing! Bring lots of water!

Beautiful park and desert. Take the Mesa Verde trail back when you are at the end of the river trail to get heart rate up and for great view.

Awesome easy walk. Take plenty of water. No shade for most of the trail hence you will need it.

Aside from more people than I like, zero, great trail. Well maintained and gorgeous views. Started my tracking almost halfway in. Walked up to a lookout 1000’ below money face.

6/30/2020 The trail is currently closed due to erosion but there are others around the state part still open! Always beautiful views and landscapes! Definitely still worth it!
