Cool trial that winds through the wooded wetlands. The pretty woods give way to a few views of the lakes/wetlands, where you can see large egrets and herons. The main downside was the first quarter mile is along a noisy road and the plane and car traffic made it a little loud at times. However, overall, it was a nice, paved trail that is good to see birds and nature. Note: dogs are not allowed on this trail.

trail was so overgrown we could not find it. tried from two different parking areas as shown on map, finally gave up.

Keep in mind this is called the Interlakes Trail. If you wind up at the canoe launch, turn around. There's a 40 mile loop and dead end road if you keep going! Hit the parking lot, cross the street and head over to where you pulled in. Just passed there is the trailhead. Water level is seasonally dependent. This month it's drying up, but still plenty of ducks and Herons to see. It's an out and back trail, not quite a loop. Blackberry bushes pop up on the main path. Both observation decks are great and shaded, but could use a bench. I'll definitely be back in the fall to see the changes; I imagine spring will be flooded, but might be fun too.

right next to the railroad tracks so a little noisy at times from that, but we saw all kinds of birds & even some deer!

If this were located someplace different, then I think it would be a cool little place to visit. The area is very sketchy - my car was broken into ($435 back window repair) and there were needles on the ground. We saw birds including an eagle that flew right in front of us and it is stroller friendly....but those are the only pros. Definitely don’t plan on going back.

Nice flat paved trail. Turtles and birds were cool to see, but views were underwhelming.

Easy trail, part of the path is washed out towards the end. Saw some bald eagles and snakes. Looks like it's a great place to fish if that's what you are into.

Nice trail, mostly paved. One of the gazebos is inaccessible due to high water. Tons of birds and saw some woodpeckers, robins and a rabbit.

It borders a really busy four lane street so it is noisy. There is a short trail that was beautiful and I couldn’t hear the traffic, but it isn’t long enough to get a good walk in.
