Super close to the road, so easy to access. Incredibly powerful river as it runs through its own canyon. Rogue Gorge Falls upstream is an awesome sight: so powerful. Fence separates the canyon from trail, safe for dogs and kids.

Sadly we attempted this one today but the road is packed with a few feet of snow so we didn’t have access. We will be back though in a month to see if the snow has melted enough.

Haven't been yet...I've researched this trail and it is impassible due to the fire that caused washout a couple of years ago. With that said, I believe the only way to reach this falls now is via the Stuart falls trail off of the PCT near Crater Lake which makes it a very long hike!

Great hike!

Good Hike, river is basically by your side the entire trail. Beautiful views and pictures, was still icy when hiked it. Quite a few rocks on the trail, but nothing to difficult, besides incline on mud.

Good trail out and back. Small amount of snow right now but so pretty did not need any snow gear. Beautiful!

Fun and short hike. Best in the summer time! So you can play in the falls

Beautiful hike. Fairly simple trail to follow, but it feels isolated enough to enjoy your surroundings. The gorge is powerful and gives you sight of the Rogue River you won't find along other stretches. Highly recommend checking it out!

I imagine that this trail is overgrown in the summer. This time of year it is awesome. Dog, kid, wife and beginner trail-runner did fine. I will be doing it again.

Nice hike with hidden camp spots. Trail is well marked and easy, great for families. The water is cold all year, too cold for swimming. Pretty swift in some areas.

Absolutely beautiful

Love this hike. Good place to take dogs. Fabulous photos.

My sister has bad knee and was able to enjoy the hike. We had a wonderful time.

The two waterfalls were beautiful, but a fire has burned through the last mile or so to Rough Rider falls resulting in tons of downed trees. Big trees! Constantly climbing over huge logs, squatting under them, or re-routing to get around them. Reached the final fall tired, frustrated, and muddy.

Pretty views, short hike. Was a little confused because maps took us to a Natural Bridge Hike, I never did see anything about Knob Falls. Maybe we took the wrong trail, still really enjoyed it though.

Very interesting and informative. You can see the river, trees, waterfalls and awesome lava tubes.

Nice and refreshing! Short hike with misting waterfall was just a short drive off the main highway.

We were alone mid June, granted it snowed heavily. The trail is good for all skill levels, as described. Getting down to the base travels right next to the waterfall: an amazing feeling. A lot of mist close up although some logs downstream allow different access points for great photos. Very uniquely wide waterfall.

We started this hike at Woodruff Bridge which made it a 4 mile out and back hike which was just right for the first hike of the season! Parts of the trail are slightly covered by overgrown plants but besides that it was a very enjoyable easy hike. Any skill level could do this hike, there's a very slight elevation change and there are a couple of spots next to the river to break and/or take pics! The Gorge is absolutely beautiful and you can hear it from about a half mile away. You can continue to the left side and climb down on the boulders to get closer to the edge. Very cool hike, would do it again for sure! Make sure you bring bug spray!!!

Nice little stop if you are heading to crater lake NP. Kids/dog friendly.

I agree, trail needs a lot of maintenance

Well-maintained trail and relatively easy to get right down to the Falls.

We got to the trailhead without issues and there were no bugs. BUT! the trail disintegrated into deep sandy gullies and huge logs which became insurmountable at about 1 1/2 miles in. Too dangerous! Needs major restoration. Do not recommend, especially if you value your health.

Gorgeous scenery. This is an easy walk and enjoyable with the dogs. The view of the gorge is beautiful.

Fun trail, Gorge is about 2 miles in. I am sure we will be back to see some more of it.

Nice, remote waterfalls. When I went there was no one around maybe because it isn't that easy to find and it is out of the beaten path. There is parking for about 5 cars or so. The trail is not perfect and you will need to go around/over a couple obstacles. There is a tiny space at the bottom. more than 2-3 people would be a crowd but the water is at ankle level.
