Ona Beach State Park is located 8 miles south of Newport, Oregon. The park is a fine, forested ocean flat now developed for extensive daytime shore use. Easy access for beachcombing and great for large picnic gatherings.

This area is great to check out tide pools and seals but the heavy traffic here has taken a toll. We don’t see many sea stars any more but it’s a gorgeous natural area.

fun, relaxing, my pup loved it

Lovely, very easy beach walk. We (wife, dog, me) were there at low tide and don't know what high tide looks like.

Great place for kids to play, and walking along the coast.

Sunny and beautiful hiking along the coast.

This was far from moderate, as it's completely along the shore. However, Seal Rick shared beautiful tide pools! Be mindful of the tide schedule, as figure you could've going the return in water.
