Great place to relax and enjoy a good walk. Many people bring their dogs. It's really peaceful. My only complaint is that some of the hiking trails are overgrown and not clearly marked. They could put more trash cans and dog poop bags afound too. Otherwise great place!

Nice trails (paved and unpaved in the middle of the city.) Lots of shade. Some changes in elevation. Lots of people even in the middle of the weekday - everyone friendly. Dogs being walked on leash. Some bikes. Very clean. Some picnic benches, a playground and bathrooms. I’d walk here again.

There was a section of the trail that was off piste up a black berry bush track... It is about 3 quarters of the way (or first quarter depending on the direction you start) through the trail and it is a square ended sort of rhino hook piece of the track... Mt Tabor is great, bit of traffic about at 9am but a good quick one for the doggo....

basically just a walk. pretty and seems more like a basic park. PNW beauty makes everything better, though

I give it five stars due to its proximity to the city. You can’t beat an elevated trail park in the middle of the city that ALMOST makes you feel away from it all. Decent Restrooms, basketball court are bonuses.

Start to trail was not clearly marked.

Nice walk! Pretty popular and you have to walk on a lot of roads but it was still very pretty! Got a good workout

Good trail, easy to access. Tons of people, but hardly any garbage this time. Some of the best views in Portland.

wow. very popular spot. lots of people enjoying the outdoors on this holiday. less than impressed with the views. cloudy though.

It was a beautiful day out today. Not too warm, and no rain! It was awfully busy. I almost ran into a couple of runners! It wasn’t very muddy for me. Enjoy.

Easy hike with lots of people! Very populated since the weather is beautiful and it’s Easter weekend.

Sweet little trail with good views on a clear day. Views of SE Portland and Mt. Hood. Many side trails of the main paved loop and the reservoir is very pretty.

Live down the street. Will likely always live within eyesight of Tabor. It is our family’s happy place!

Beautiful park trails right in the city! Great elevation for some challenge, or options to ease up. Many side trails for variety! Could spend hours exploring!

Open space to walk on paths. Beautiful scenery throughout park. Blackberries to be plucked. Parking was full in first lot, but drove to reservoir area and took in the view

Decent place to wander with family or pooches. I'll come back with my father who is getting too old for climbs but still appreciates being in nature because you can drive all the way to the top.

beautiful view. uphill, downhill, and flat terrain. easy to get to if you're in Portland. trail, stair, or road options. very dog friendly. usually occupied by a lot of other people. not a secluded area at all. great for all levels.

Super familiar park for me. It's not a place to get solitude, but it is a great place to hang out or get exercise. The trails are varied, and some are less populated. There's often some kind of event going on, and there are many areas for kids to enjoy as well as adults. Though I've probably hiked every trail over the years, now that I have a GPS, I guess I'll do it all again while painting cyan lines on the map.

Great mountain bike trail for beginners.

Easy to follow, year round, dog friendly, can be steep in certain areas but very family friendly. Nice view of Portland at the summit, along with a basketball court, playgrounds and restrooms.

Fun, scenic, and easy hike. My friend and I did this loop with our kids- ages 5yo, 2yo, and 11weeks. It was a gorgeous, hot, clear day (Monday, April 10 at 11:30am). We started on Mount Tabor Park Road by reservoir #5 and hiked clockwise. I would definitely do this again. The biggest downside was finding a place to meet up with my friend where we could both park.
