The lake is suuuuuuuuuper low right now but still very pretty. Perfect hike for my family (which includes a moody 4 year old). Excited to go back when there’s more water. Trail is empty. Only ran into one other person.

beautiful waterfalls!

a little steep but completely doable and only 1/4 of a mile.

If you are a photographer and you enjoy shooting water this is the hike for you!

Nice family walk with the dog. Great views of the lake and Mt Bachelor.

Flat trail and amazing falls!! Turn right at the start of the trail head and follow the blue diamonds.

Ben's Trail is a mild, uphill only trail, Voodoo is a variety of flowing singletrack & very challenging rocky ascents & descents, as is Grand Slam.

No worries type of trail..smooth.fast.efficient

Dillon Falls is just a short walk to the north of the parking area and is powerfully amazing! Benham Falls trailhead is Southwest of the parking area and there is no sign, although we had no trouble finding the trail (on the left). We hiked in August and began at 8:30am. We only passed by a few bikers and one couple hiking. We had the trail to ourselves! The trail had a little more traffic by the time we ended our hike at 11:00am. We ran into a small section of the trail that met us with mosquitoes. A couple bites each! Easy hike with our 3yr old labradoodle. Beautiful scenery and the river kept changing, so never a dull moment. I’d recommend this gorgeous hike and I’d recommend doing it early while it’s cool and sparse of people. Oh, and one more helpful hint...there is a pit toilet near parking area and another pit toilet on the way to Benham Falls!

perfect for trail running if you like slow rolling turns and a gradual climb. I took Ben's trail for 7.22 miles, turned left, went 50 feet, and turned left to go back on Phil's trail, was about 15.2 miles for me

Nice easy trail, good views of sparks lake and interesting rock formations

It is an amazing bike ride, I felt so majestic. I biked all the way in and I thought it was a pretty easy trail. Just be careful because some of the trails are two way and people don’t slow down.

Nice ride, on way back from Phils trail via KGB an Mervins Garden gives youe great views

The distance is off on this app. This trail(paved) from the parking spot on East Cascade was 1.5 miles to the walking bridge. we locked up our cruisers there and walked(dirt) another .5 mile to the falls. we could have stayed on our bikes, but it was nice to give our bums a rest. The falls were not a typical fairytale waterfalls. they were more like a gushing angry whitewater. Impressive in their own way. A nice outing from Sunriver.

Quick trail, spectacular views.

Took the single track out and back to benham. Great for a 12 yr old first time single track rider and adults looking for a easy dirt trail.

Beautiful waterfalls!!

Great hike but hit it early to avoid congestion.

Lovely hike!

Really enjoyed this hike.

This loop is pretty fun & very dusty. Be ready to hose your bike off when you're done for sure. There is 2 parts to this loop, the 1st is Kent's Trail, a 2 way trail up that gets you Phil's Trail, which is a 1 way back down to the parking lot. Not to tough, but still challenging & fast with a lot of options for different riding paths. Very fun.

This was a nice trail, we started at Tumalo Creek trail and arrived st the visitors parking area to a great view of falls from a distance. I was tired but wanted to get closer and possibly underneath but didn’t do it. Hopefully before we leave I’d like to get to the visitor area on top of falls!

Fantastic hike, you can walk almost directly underneath the waterfall!

Most of this trail is through the woods and not as close to the river as I would have liked. However, it was pretty and the falls at the end are impressive.

It was a great experience. I did about a 13 mile loop and the majority of the trail was shaded so it was nice and cool. The only downside is that you have to run up the road back up where you came from. If there was a way to connect it from another trail this would be a 5 star trail.

Great trails! Mixed with all kinds of things like flow track, rocky sections, and the trails are so smooth!

Snowshoed this loop in the winter and it was beautiful. A couple of downsides: the trail is very narrow so you have to be paying attention to skiers or mountain bikers coming downhill, it wasn't super well marked in the winter and we ended up going a mile in the wrong direction. I'd love to try this again in the fall when the leaves change!

From start to finish this place impressed me greatly by its beautiful scenery. I wish I had more time to go farther. I especially liked the trail that cuts across the pond. The lava island was cool too.

Amazing scenery. The best view is right from the small Tumalo Falls parking lot (no hiking required (not always what we want to hear)). There are plenty of trails around, however.

This trail is wonderful for mountain bikers, but for hikers it’s a dusty walk through a forest with traffic ;-)
