Had a great run. Normal expectations for a trail this time of year.

A great hike especially for being in an urban area. Minus the traffic noise from across the river, you'd never know you were in Tulsa. It wasn't every obvious when we were actually on Turkey mountain. And there were several cross trails that made staying on the yellow a little confusing. Most of the way, though, the yellow trail is pretty well marked.

Somewhat difficult trail with a lot of ups and downs. Great view of the lake and surrounding area near the top.

Easy trails, but even with good (new) marking, I managed to walk a .68 mile loop instead of a 1.5 mile loop. There are many MANY spurs and switchbacks people have made that can easily lead hikers off the trail.

This trail is not on the map at the park for the pink trail any longer. It is now marked with yellow mountain bike signs with a few pink marks on the tree underneath. If there has been a lot of rain there are places that will be flooded. It’s a great trail though. Be careful of the poison ivy!

Shady trail with a few open meadows, and one of the few genuine wilderness areas in Tulsa. Trail shared between hikers, runners and bikers - didn't see any horseback riders but they are also allowed on this trail. Some scenic overlooks of the Arkansas River, and very interesting rock formations. Expect lots of traffic where Blue and Yellow follow the same path.

Really well kept, I love all of the trail options!

The trail was pretty, and mostly secluded! It had a variety of ground types, as well as some moderate changes in elevation. I enjoyed the first part of the trail, which was well marked. After the first couple of miles, the trial gets confusing, and no longer easy to follow. I got lost several times, and ended up in the woods at dark, even though I gave myself plenty of time to walk the 5.6 miles. I think they could definitely figure out how to mark the trail better, especially on major intersections of the trail. There were also places with overgrown grasses, and I now have either chiggers or tiny tick bites. Either way, I am itchy! Definitely recommend the yellow trail over this one, but did enjoy it until I got lost.

Variety of surfaces and beautiful scenery. 2 pit stop areas overlooking the river. Mostly well marked.

Good elevation changes with rocky terrain to climb. Mostly shaded the entire time. The part of the trail next to the river is beautiful. If you have your dog watch out for mountain bikers as they move quickly through the trail

This trail is moderate because of the rocky path and exposed roots. There are a few places where this trail crosses others, so be sure to be mindful of where you’re going. There are also a couple of really nice lookouts.

Typically LOVE this trail because it’s less traveled, a great distance, and has decent elevation gain. However when I was on it last week parts of it were so overgrown with tall grasses that I am pretty sure it’s where I got a jillion chigger bites.

Was a fun trail not safe for bikes trails aren’t big enough was almost hit by two mountain bikes

Another great trail.

Great trail. Turkey Mountain is a gem.

Love this hike. Only dislike was the amount of overgrown grass you had to wade through in a number of spots...just asking for ticks.
