This trail is easy to follow, and not terribly strenuous. The preserve offers brochures at the trailheads if you'd like the "self-guided tour" option. The view from the overlook is not super-impressive, though it might be nicer on a sunny day in the Spring or Summer. There are clearly lots of wildflowers along this trail in the Summer, and we did see plenty of birds and a couple of deer.

I wouldn't recommend this as a "destination" hike, but the Preserve is nice, and, paired with the other trails, this could offer a wonderful experience. If you are in the area (perhaps to visit Bathtub Rock Falls), it's worth checking out.
