This hike is actually a combination of the Lakeview Trail and Blackberry Island Trail. Trailhead is at the south end of the park just east of the bridge. Not recommended for early spring when the trails are partially flooded and mostly muddy. I suspect this would a buggy hike in warm weather. But this may be a great hike in the winter!

Great hike; well maintained; definitely do the double loop! And if you're into geocaching there is a cache on the island. Enjoy....
