Very muddy and buggy.

Pretty boring, straight line on a levy for the most part.

Hiked today 3/24/19 with dog. Last couple times we were out there was some flooding on the mink trail, but water levels were back to normal today. All in all the trails are in good shape, some soupy/muddy parts, but for the most part okay. We hiked the mink to the big foot and over to the fisherman trail. The lake view trail looked like it was closed, which is how we usually hike. Trails have been manicured and cleared since the last time we were out in February. Very enjoyable, only saw a few people and all were very courteous. This is one of our favorites.

2/16/19 This trail is very well marked and pretty easy to accomplish. We hiked all of Briar patch trail in mid February, so the trail had not been maintained for a while. Some trees were down but easy enough to traverse the obstacles. But if you have limitations as far as climbing or crawling you may need to turn around and go back the way you came. They will likely remove obstacles in the spring. Mink Run Trail is completely submerged in water so you can only access parts of it after heavy rain. We hiked the northern rim of Lakeview trail but it also was submerged after turning south. Next time we hope to possibly hike Big foot trail which heads north off of Lakeview trail.

Peaceful, quiet, easy trail. Great for dogs
