Description
This park along the Cuyahoga River has waterfalls, hills, trails, and displays about early rural living. The Ohio and Erie Canal Towpath Trail follows the Ohio and Erie Canal, where mules towed canal boats. The park has numerous historic homes, bridges, and structures. There is no entrance fee. Cuyahoga Valley National Park is open every day of the year. Some areas close at dusk. The remaining areas are open 24 hours. The park operates on a seasonal schedule: Spring = March, April, and May Summer = June, July, and August Fall = September, October, and November Winter = December, January, and February
