This trail is much shorter than stated, at about .9 miles each way. Some decent views of the creek, but there isn’t much else going on. The “trail” itself is just an old service road from when the dam was used to provide electricity to Springville.

A neat little trail! Offering views of cattaraugus county creek and of course, the dam. Flat, wide trail along the bank of the creek. Great place to bring your kids or dogs!

Nice easy hike. It’s also very nice to ride on a bike, if the ground is hard enough. Great views of the dam and high level bridges.

The trail is a service road so it's an easy walk. Perfect for my 6yr old and I. There were a few picnic tables at the beginning of the service road. Just to note, Google maps sent me to the wrong side of the river. You will want the Scoby Hill Rd in Erie county not Cattaraugus county. There are signs on the main road.

Easy walk, if your really looking on on the rock wall to your left before you get under the 219 highway bridges there is an old tunnel that used to run from there all the way to the golf course...great scenery wide trails

Nice area, cool views of the steep cliffs above. Note that it's not not a hiking trail - just a relatively flat access route that goes from the dam to the high level bridges. Unless it's rained recently, it usually isn't muddy and you should be able to get away with wearing sneakers.
