Very nice point of view and easy level. Unfortunately there was no one at the reception to tell us the course, we found it by ourselves by stationing us at the beach.

Very easy trail with access to Lakeshore and Lake views

Love this trail and the views it gives of the bay. Very easy and shaded for most of the trail. Agree with the other comment about unleashed dogs. It is irresponsible for dog owners to not obey the rule. We ran into two unleashed dogs yesterday. My dog is older and sometimes reacts negatively to other dogs, fortunately it went okay.

The directions lead you to the state park which costs $7 for the day, but if you continue on point au Roche rd after the park and take the next right you'll get to the footpaths and bike trails where it's free to park. Nice views of the lake. Horses are also able to use these trails

Nice views fairly easy strolling, but beware, for some reason dogs on a leash seem to not be a rule people follow here so you may have a dog come running out of nowhere to bark at you, I have not walked this trail yet without it happening at least once. Be responsible pet owners and leash your dogs.

Just did this trail today, along with Rams Head. Bugs weren't terrible, shade made it bearable. Great weather so there were great views wherever you went. Going again soon.

Quick and Easy, Nice Lake view if you walk the path parallel to the trail.

Great for a casual walk, went after a day of raining so some spots were muddy and my shoes got soaked but that’s my own fault for going after a rain storm.

I would definitely recommend this trail for anyone that wants a nice scenic trail and a nice long walk!

Trails still muddy & wet. Many trails, its a little hard to know which one to follow in some places. Not well marked. Some icy spots too. Beautiful view from out on the point though!!

some wind, but trees broke most of it. several people cross country skiing, a few of us on shoes and some ice fishing. Plenty of fresh snow along path. Or you can stay on packed portion. Great day with my wife.

It was a nice day when I went. Very breezy once I got to the lake. I went in September, so not many bugs or very hot.

No snow on the trails- a bit of ice in very infrequent spots. Viewed the reddest, most spectacular sunset of my life here tonight. ❤️ Very peaceful here and although I didn’t see any wildlife directly, I saw plenty of scat and tracks to show me they were close by.

Pretty views of the lake.

Very pretty, very relaxed. Be sure to take a detour up the first finger peninsula on the trail's right, too. Gorgeous park.

Nice walk close to the lake, nice views but very very poor indication of trails

Combine this trail with Long Pointe trail to have a full experience.

A pleasant walk in the woods, with beautiful views of grand Lake Champlain. not challenging. It was a hot day, but there was a nice constant breeze coming off the lake.

Easy but so worth to go!

Great views!

Did it at the same time as all Pointe au Roche! It was great!! Amazing view points!

I went there alone from Montreal and it was amazing!!! Worth the drive!! It is a very easy but very very beautiful!!!

Lovely little spot, as a Canadian coming from Montreal this path is closer to me than some of the trails up north. Pretty flat, nice views, saw 3 snakes, a hare and a red fox. Just a nice time overall

One of my favorite yet. Great weather on 5/8/18. Some parts were flooded but was able to easily walk around.

Been here many times... Nice hike today. With the Winter that we've had and the popularity of the trails for walkers and Ice Fishermen, microspikes are pretty much a must right now (1/30/18).

We love this trail, and it's great for younger kids. It's great for a nice and easy walk with plenty of views of Lake Champlain. We have hiked all of these trails at Point Au Roche, and a few trails and mountains elsewhere. Point Au Roche, however seems to be the only place where I've come home with ticks. Spray yourself and use permethrin in clothing if you'd like to spend a day on the Point Au Roche trails.

All of the trails here are super easy, and great for young children. Point Au Roche is definitely a great place to go if you want to spend a day in the woods and walk trails. *loaded with ticks, spray with deet and use permethrin in clothing*

Nice casual hiking.

took this with my sister, her boyfriend and neice and had a great time. a little wet in some places but we'll worth the time!
