The description sums it up very well. Nice short hike on well maintained trails. Good for all skill levels. Moderate to heavy visitors.

Good to go with kids.

it's an easy but scenic bike trail, you could have a lot of fun/trouble if you took your bike off the track and ride down hill in some of the wooded areas. but you better know what you are doing.

Gorgeous hike and a good distance. Lots of scenery and not crowded at all. Only complaint is that the portion of the hike that brings you back to the starting point runs parallel to the Palisades Parkway so you hear the cars.

There's a lot more to it then the map shows, lived near it for years, there's a whole second part of the park with trails

Right in the middle of Queens, you can feel far away from the city

Great trail for kids and a dog. We went on a Sunday morning and didn't pass anyone, so it was quiet. Slight incline, but nothing the kids couldn't handle.

Bonus: The parking lot had plenty of spaces open and it's easy to find.

Though a well put together trail, it is not safe and shouldn't be traveled alone.

Nice walk through the woods, but quite a bit of broken glass near the beginning and intersections of each trail so be careful if your four-legged friend is joining you. A wide ADA-friendly paved roadway loops the park.

We live lose by so we go all the time. It's nice for queens

Great trail for pictures.

Avoid the northern part of this trail that runs along Jackie Robinson Pkwy if you are at all sensitive to noise. Otherwise, a pretty nice walk for the city.

My favorite place to jog. You forget you're in the city. Once saw an owl sitting on a branch.

Trail looked promising, however it was closed due to PSE&G construction.
