Walked on the white trail, it’s pretty small. I will check out the longer trail next time around.

Trails are not easy to find.

Went biking on this beautiful trail, will definitely go back for fall foliage!

went on a Saturday. Hard to follow the exact trail the gps shows on the app but you can't get lost. Not to much bike traffic to the point where it would ruin a hike. We walked the trail but it's purpose is for mountain bikes and I wish I had one at the time!

Great trail, a bit muddy/slick and over growing. Be careful there is a lot of broken glass. Overall a fun trail. Due to the storm last night there was a trail in the first half with pretty large branches down, just keep your eyes forward.

always be careful in here. the trail system changes very often so you much ride with caution in here.

had a fun ride today, trail needs a little TLC, but all in all great ride. stayed on green and blue. green was very easy and enjoying. blue was definitely more challenging, but lots of fun. if you enjoy mountain biking you definitely have to check out this loop.

Nice easy trail that I hiked with my 78 yr old mom. Really appreciate the markers.

Fun. Local. Clean trail. A couple of pitched (and mild) “hills”. Nice for and out and back run.

Yes it’s all blacktop. But this decommissioned section of the original Vanderbilt Motor Parkway has descent hills with both steady gradient as well as duration. And this is Long Island, we cant be too picky round these parts when it comes to hills. A good, solid run or walk. No cars to worry about and has nice canopy of trees. A Homerun if you you live in Nassau or queens!

I'm new and this is Incredible! Amazing! I am going to take advantage of it a lot and my health will bring many benefits! CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Great Park; running, tennis courts, handball wall, grassy areas with shade and plenty of space for yoga too!

Simple, straightforward, long, and straight pavement trail ideal for a mindless walk/jog/bike ride. Gives you some elevation and though seems easy, it is a pretty decent workout. Does feel a little longer than it is, probably due to it being long, straight, and out&back. I completed this trail about 5 times with my dog, and my dog had a tick the 5th time. FYI.

Great easy-moderate hike. Did the hike w my 2, 4yr old. We hiked from trail head and returned (~1.4mi) in a loop. Awesome tall trees, natural trails, good for mountain biking too, feels like you’re miles away even though the park is just off 495/LIE.

great training area plenty of up and down hills

Great Mountain Style Terrain Trails in the heart of Queens. There's everything from birms to booters. I ride these trails frequently while my dog trails ahead or behind, never any issues. be careful in most sections there is no fence enclosing the park/wooded area.

One of the best trails of Nyc

a really fun trail , lots of features that can challenge you. there are 2 Bmx parks and lots challenging terrain, precise steering is important. Always wear long sleeves and gloves. pioson ivy and branches are all over the trail. the easy part of the trail can be ridden on a hybrid bike.
