Please be aware that the portion that goes from the park entrance, across the lake, and down to the boat launch is a roadway shared with vehicular traffic. Wearing bright colors, a helmet, using flags and lights is always recommended for personal safety when sharing space with motor vehicles. Accessibility: This asphalt, concrete, and packed gravel trail is estimated to typically be at least 8 feet wide. The slope is estimated to be moderately steep to steep and range from -12% (downhill) to 10% (uphill) grade. The steepest areas are located from about the 0.2 to 0.4 mile mark and are marked here with a waypoint. Trail goers using mobility equipment may need extra assistance through this section.
