Park in the lot on Kinne Rd. Follow the trail until you reach E Genesee St. There is also a boardwalk section but it is currently closed. For more information of the Butternut Creek Nature Area please visit: http://www.townofdewitt.com/ButternutCreekRecreationandNatureArea.aspx Accessibility: There is 1 ADA-compliant parking spot at the Kinne Rd. car lot. The trail surface is asphalt and is estimated to be at least 8 feet wide along the entire length with multiple pull offs and passing areas. The trail is mostly flat until you reach the board walk area and approach E Genesee St. where the grade is estimated to become moderately steep up to 8%. Show more
