Wonderful trail for kids. A little narrow for a stroller though. Mix of shade and sun.

Nice and easy trail. Unfortunately the river edge trail is currently under water, but the fact it connects to so many other trails makes it good if you’re looking for a nice work-out.

Nice and easy "hike" very flat but it brings you right up to the Rio Grande. A little sandy, and a creek to cross if you go off the beaten path. We took the paved path back, which was nice. Watch for bikers.

A nice shady morning walk. We took the bridge over the canal at the North end and took the dirt trail on the East side of the canal where there were no bikes.

easy and nice clean trail very peaceful

Nice area to hike in the city. Busy trail, but connects into many trails, so you can hike for hours. Pleasant year round I've found.

Was a very pleasant loop. Honestly, it’s more of a walk than a “hike”. But still had nice views. $3 to park. Don’t know if I’d pay three dollars to do it again but if you want a nice walk, in a safe area, this is a good place to do it. Watch out for horse poo!!

What a great little gym in Abq.’s backyard! So many different trails and paths...Great little outing if you don’t want to go far out of town and lots of birds and fun wildlife to see you!

Beautiful place and very easy to navigate trails

Easy walk without elevation gain. Lots of dogs and people along the trail as well as bicycle riders. Veer off trail to the Nature Center and learn about the surrounding vegetation. Also fun to watch the turtles in the channel.

Nothing taxing about this trail. Weather in late October was perfect. Fall color in the cottonwood trees was spectacular. There were lots of bike riders and not too many hikers. You can take your pick of distances. Very do-able with kids and dogs (old people too)!

A number of different tracks here between a stream and the Rio Grande. Choice of sand and paved trail. Excellent for running. Biking too.

I love going once each season. It’s an awesome place and easy trails.

Very wooded and shaded, leads out to the Rio Grande which is cool. Not really any elevation or any difficult parts. Would be great for kids or anyone else looking for an easy relaxed hike.

We found this by accident while bike riding. Great fall foliage.

Very casual stroll from the parking lot of the Nature Center to the banks of the Rio Grande. Nice views of the river, clearly marked paths, and lots of good wild-life observation. The Bosque trail has cyclists and runners, and the Cottonwood gallery is beautiful in spring. Very family-friendly, good for all ages.

Easy access to the river make this trail worth taking. Best done either early in the morning or mid autumn. I plan to go back during a snow fall.

Great to get away from the city. The walk along the river gives good views of the west Mesa and rich peoples houses. The nature center is cool and has great bird/wildlife watching areas.

Nice little hike- partial shade. A few different loop trails to follow but there are a lot of off-shoots so we used the map provided at the visitor center to stay on track. Took my 4 year old son this morning and he enjoyed the hike, river, bridges and turtles at the center which also had very friendly staff.

It's a fun place for families with small kids or people who are unable to walk long distances. There are several trails that spaghetti along the river, some on purpose and others due to irresponsible hikers. The hike to the pond is nice too.

The lake (or pond) is a nice place to be; however, the park is tiny. There is an extensive bike trail to the west of the park, which is more eventful.
