Nice trail around the lake. It was short and easy. Unfortunately it was pretty crowded with obnoxious adolescents.

Nice easy trail. Very smooth. Not too muddy

Easy trail and beautiful walk. You want to make sure to follow the map or you can go off trail. Enjoy!

It’s a easy hike nothing moderate but it was a relaxing hike

Beautiful trail, but heavily trafficked so try to come early to avoid crowds (although if too many people take that advice you may not be avoiding crowds at all lol)

Good for a few rocky scrambles, nice Brook running throughout, the lake is fun to see, but was very crowded and poorly marked. Be sure to follow your app!

Great lake views and lovely nature. Don't go just after the rain as will be muddy. Well marked trail. Saw turtles and lots of chipmunks.

Using NyNj trail conf description to get to trailhead of History Trail was useless. Never found it. However, i thoroughly enjoyed hiking throughout on the blue, pink, white, & orange trails, finding several history markers & info anyway, ending up at The Feltville abandoned 1800 village of several cool buildings across the stream, wear boots cause the creek has no built bridges but logs and rocks to get across, and several muddy parts on all trails, very well worth it to explore the village, including a small 1776 cemetery there.

Awesome route but crowded, not as many masks as I would have liked to see.

nice path that goes around a lake halfway, the other half leads into the woods. there’s a few patches of hills otherwise pretty flat.

Very nice for family

Today, my quaranteam member and I went from the red trail to the white trail to the red trail to the (very briefly) white/green/black trail for a total of 8.78 miles. This was generally an easy hike, except for the many areas of sucking mud and the occasional up/downhill rock scramble. Trails are well marked. It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed seeing wildlife and two waterfalls, walking alongside the river and exploring the geology of some palisades.

Beautifully maintained trails with plenty of room to social distance. A nice hike!

Dog friendly! Long trail, easy to do half and go to other trails. Clear markers. Muddy.

Great trail. We did the purple. 6.17 miles in 2.5 hours

Currently closed due to covid but accessible via the Glenside Field parking lot. Still muddy but not as muddy in small areas but not as bad as expected. This trail is a hidden gem and a great look back at some history. Definitely recommend going and don’t miss the deserted village.

trail marked very well, very easy walking, relaxing.

this trail is always pretty muddy so make sure you have good hiking boots... Even if it's been dry for a few days. But it really easy to trail...good for families
