Overall, this trail was good EXCEPT for the swarms of mosquitoes. I went in the evening (~6:00pm), so maybe other times are better. But given the large pools of standing water, it might not make a difference. Positives of this trail were that it had a wide path with exercise equipment, benches, trash cans, and toilets near the camping area.

Great time to go in November, tick free and big free. Cool breezy air. Spotted 2 white tailed deer, some squirrels, made it all the way to the river. The trails were easy to follow and there was no traffic or sight of human activity the whole time.

Easy roads... but right off are trials through the woods with a little more degree of difficulty... did 2 loops... and will be back!!

This is a great trail, has hills, fallen trees to climb over or under, ditches to jump across and some fitness equipment to use along the way. I have put together a group and we bring some of our own weights and exercise ball to use before we hike. It's awesome!
