Incredible scenery. One long sandy uphill that was difficult with low profile tires and no pressure drop. One medium rock descent.

short walk up stairs. interesting to see the petroglyphs

Neat to see the Petroglyphs but I hate exposed heights and these steps are terrifying. You can feel the wind through them and honestly, you see cool Petroglyphs in Petroglyph Canyon. BUT, they were neat to see up close.

If you've never seen a petrified log this is a quicky to run up and see. Kids were over the heat so Hubby and I took turns running up and back the trail. If you have seen a petrified log, probably worth skipping.

A 50 feet walk then stairs up the rock. They are petroglyphs so it’s always amazing to see such art. Please don’t write on the rocks!

Excellent with many trail options. Main Trail doable with stock SUV, with one tricky rocky spot

Another short walk up to a petrified log.

Used the GPS waypoint that a previous user had listed here and it led me to a point not on the trail as shown here, but to a point about 120 feet north of the road just a little west of Arch Rock.

This is a great destination for any off roader. lots of side trails to explore, and plenty of Moapa History to take in. We managed the whole loop and some side trails with our stock JKUR, but I did not appreciate the sandy dunes, that section of the loop was nerve racking. But over all, a great trip, will definitely be back!

Tons of fun, lots to see. and the trail conditions change without notice. Struggled in the Dunes with the Rubi, but otherwise, worth the trip!

Off roading loop of Valley of Fire. This place is great for ATVs and dirt bikes! Got stuck few times while exploring this area because many trails are made for smaller ATVs.

Great walk with lots of opportunity to explore the beautiful walks. Be sure to stay to the left as you start out so you catch the trail head. We accidentally walked right by it and continued to follow the road. Great conditions.

More like a stop on the side of the road. If you go up to the top and look around its got a decent view.

Quick stop with some stairs to the rock. It gets you a pretty nice close view of the petroglyphs.
