This is a nice trail for being in the middle of the Plains. It is on the former property of America's first filed Homesteader, Daniel Freeman. The Trails generally follow tree lines and wooded areas, but also of course, former farm land converted back to prairie. The trails include historical information panels as well as benches. Also historical structures and farm equipment nearby.
