Nice, paved, tree canopy trail

This was a relatively easy trail. We enjoyed the flowing creeks and the beautiful day!

Couldn't have asked for more beautiful weather in early November. My wife and I hiked the red & blue loops and the trails were in good condition and well marked.

Great day for a hike with my wonderful hubby. Really nice trails and connectors. Wish the whole thing was open though but hunting season is here.

Was planning on doing every trail in the area today but some is closed to hunting. So we did what we could and really enjoyed the trail. Beautiful area and peaceful.

Not an overly challenging course for our family... Actually came closer to 3.5 miles and kids 9 and 12 had no issues. We were disappointed in the lack of “views” and opportunities to see mountains and down into valleys. Kind of a “meh” experience in that way, but a good hike and we had fun. Stopped for lunch midway and completed in just over 2 hours..we are admittedly distractible when we hike.

great jogging trail, this is paved, great scenery, morning excercise, I will miss.

Enjoyed the hike, no rough terrain. Great for little legs! Family friendly! Even some short jaunts to the lakeshore for rock throwing!

Hiked the blue trail. Easy hiking and very well marked.

Great trail. As a beginner I was definitely hoping for a few more benches but other than that it was a pleasant walk. definitely bring water with you if your going the full trail & it's sunny. there was ample tree shade but the asphalt on the main trail added a little to the heat. definitely going back, my kid had a blast on the little side trails leading to the lakeshore.

Perfect trail for running! Stays close to water. Shaded and nice rolling hills.

Easy trail, well kept and clean.

Did this loop with 22lb 2 year on back and carried a 33lb 4 year old about a mile of it. Super fun!

This is a great trail system at Table Rock State Park. If you take the whole thing, it's 11.75 miles. You can mix it up however you like. I started in the blue parking lot. Took the blue trail to connector 4. Did the orange trail, which turned out to be my favorite! Very quiet & I liked the rock formations. There should also be a waterfall there when it's not August. Took connector 4 back to the blue trail & walked it until I got to connector 2. Took that to the red trail & walked that back to it's parking lot. Maybe 6.2 miles. I would be doing this trail all the time if I lived in the area! I really liked it & wished I had more time to hike it all.

I would rate it moderate. Some ups & downs & is rocky in places. There are some good views. Mostly wooded, but a few stretches of meadow where they mowed for the power lines. Some boat noise, but not as bad as the red trail. Follow the blue blaze. This is a multi use trail. Had a couple of bikers pass me. This is the longest trail in the system at 3.5 miles. I did 3/4s of it & used connecter 2 to the back half of the red trail to the red trail parking lot to complete my hike. The blue trail parking lot is also popular with fishermen. The blue trail runs parallel to Lake Tanycomo for a little while.

Did half this trail. I used trail connecter 2 from the blue trail & hiked to the parking lot. The red trail has more traffic & boat noise than the blue or orange trail. If there are views, I missed them. The back half of this trail is woods. Follow the red blaze.

Technically part of the fish hatchery. I liked it. Good for families, it's mostly flat. A walk in the woods by the river/lake. There & back.

Nice trail - paved. Great for walking or easy bike ride. Only issue was parts were heavy with gnats in the evening before sunset.

Loved it for the great views of the lake. Paved & flat.

Amazing breeze and shade. Was perfect for a nature jog on pavement

This was a nice trail. The trail top was flat and easy to run. The inclines were gradual and yet provided a decent challenge. The reasoning behind 4 stars was: summer morning came with dense foliage to the point where good views were obstructed, the trail top was easy however it got repetitive and a little boring. I personally prefer rough uneven terrain with a variety of obstacles. For the right type of runner/hiker this would be a perfect trail.

It was a solid trail. It is middle of a summer morning so the pretty views weren’t really visible due to foliage. The trail top was flat (not rocky) and easy to run but I prefer rough and uneven terrain for a nice challenge, which is why I gave it 4 stars. Would still do it again.

Walked the red loop today. Trail guide says 2.5 miles but my GPS tracked 3.35. Nice shady trail. I would rate easy trail. Watch out for mountain bikers.

Nice trail. Well maintained. Very shady. Drops down into wet area, lots of mosquitos. Insect repellent is advised. My wife loves wildflowers, and we were there in July. Had to stop often for pictures of flowers. Enjoy.

Beautiful trail. A little bit of everything. Mostly wooded and shaded but plenty of slow moving streams too.
